ship dvd's

i biought the ships dvd on the qe2 july 30th, when i got it home it did not play on any of my 3 dvd players. now i get 2 letters from them with refund of 25£ no cheque still personall i would have preferreed a replacement, theyb said this is happening quite a bit. thought they would check them before selling them.
i should have videod the video as it was shown on the theatre on the lasyt day
