Cunard's Sail Mail

I have been experiencing difficulty in getting Cunard to send me email. I sign up for it via their web site, I am told I will receive a confirmation email, and, I never do.
Has anyone else experiences this and, if so, what course of action did you take to rectify it? I am trying to get World Club info from them in this manner.
