Default Cutomer Loyalty?

We have just returned from our third QE2 cruise. Although I realize that upgrades are a touchy subject, I was wondering what other people's experiences have been. We have booked P1 and were upgraded to Q3. At our table were several other people who had one previous trip on Cunard, booked in P1 also. Their upgrades were to QS penthouse and suites. Also troubling that there were no "Gold" pins were given to us and no mention of our 10th anniversary, although advised by our TA. When we queried Cunad their response was that they will not discuss the circumstances of other peiople's upgardes. Fair enough, but you would think that World Club might mean something.

The best bet for an upgrade from Cunard is to be a first time cruiser with them.We are platinum and had absolutely the bare minimum on a QE2 cruise earlier this year.
There is no loyalty from Cunard to their repeat customers.

cunard has all the attibutes of a dog except loyalty!!!!also when they are good they are very good but when they are bad they are awfull!!!!! :
