QM2 Caribbean sailing

Has anyone sailed the Queen Mary 2 on one of the Caribbean itineraries? We are thinking of booking for the 11/25 sailing and are wondering about the average age of the passengers? We are in our 50s and would like to travel with people around our age. Thanks for your help.

My wife and I did a 10 day Caribbean Cruise on the QMII back in November of 2004. It was definitely an older crowd on average. However, we did meet some nice people and had a really wonderful time. The QMII is too big to dock at some ports, which isn't all bad. They have the tendering down to a fine art and the tenders drop you off at very conveinient spots, avoiding long walks or busses from the docks.

Thanks Lee Roy. As we are in our 50s we are probably no longer considered the "younger" crowd so we will probaby fit right in. We are looking forward to sailing on the QM2 and it was nice to hear that the tendering works well.
