Check with your travel agent, and look at the deck plans. Some of the grill rooms are for 3 people, but not many. I think there are more Q5 rooms that take 3 or 4, but they book up early. We had to get two rooms for our family of 4. When I asked my agent about just adding 2 more on the fold-out soft, she gently explained that there are specific restrictions on how many people can be on board, so they can't just stuff more people in a stateroom like they can at a hotel.
