QM2 - Difference in D categories

Hi all,
I'm wondering what the difference in the D categories is. I booked D7 but was upgraded to D2. Looking at the descriptions, I don't see any difference...

Location, location, location.
A D7 is an inside cabin on deck 4.
A D2 is an inside cabin on decks 11 or 12.
The cabins are identical in size, layout, etc. Going to a higher deck is considered an upgrade.
I myself prefer the lower decks because that's where I spend most of my time, e.g. deck 2-3 dining room and Royal court theatre, deck 3 Queen's Room.

Thanks for replying, that's what I figured. Within the D category, I really don't care where I am. I wish they'd upgrade me to oceanview! :-)
