I am an avid Cunard fan, have traveled on QE2 a few times, and on QM2.
I have to say, I will not mention anything about cruise companies or corporations or their policies with regard to message boards. I did this on "another" Cunard board, and was abruptly banned, IP and all. This after 9 years of being a regular poster. No explanation, no courtesy email, and I cannot get a response from the host or the manager. I was never rude, always very polite. But don't mention corporate cruise line policies or practices regarding message boards.
That said, I am looking forward to my next voyage on QM2 and dancing the night away.
Sorry I am late in saying welcome to you, but I am the editor of Cruisemates and also a big Cunard fan. We have had a hard time attracting enough Cunard fans to make our boards active, but hopefully that will change soon.
Please keep coming back and let's keep the comversation going.

Hi Jane
I am planning on a QM2 transatlantic cruise from New York on April 29, 2010 or a later date in May 2010. I am a senior female 60+, non smoker, don't drink and love to have a good time. Look forward to hearing from you if this seems like a potential cruise for you.
