Why would Cunard avoid questions (from Platinum World Club members, by the way)

that could easily be answered prior to booking day in late April? Imagine the telephonic bedlam generated by callers asking numerous questions (instead of just booking) that could be and have been in the past answered in advance. Why is Cunard withholding this information so passengers can make an informed decision ahead of the actual booking date? More Cunard arrogance?
