Honeymoon booked - QV Hawaii

Morning all,

My fiance and I have just booked our honeymoon!

Queen Vic, Hawaiian Adventure leaving 30th Jan 2011 with an overnight in the Queen Mary the night before.

We have never cruised before but the fiance who is 30 going on 65 loves all things British and all things traditional declared that it must be Cunard for the honeymoon or nothing!

Obviously now we've booked I'm ridiculously excited and have loads of questions.

1. When do the excursion programmes come out?
2. When can I check out the daily programmes or is this not till I'm onboard? The fiance is a history buff and would like to go to as many talks as possible.
3. Can you book things like the Todd English/Spa before hand?
4. Ladies, would a flowing maxi dress with a (subtle) hawaiin print be formal enough for the formal nights? My gut says no but being only 27 I don't really own any long formal dresses and would like to look my age. However, I want to do things properly.
5. Is there anyway of meeting some people online before we go?

Very exciting!
I have been contemplating doing this exact itinerary in Feb. 2011.
I would also love to hear from people who have done this sailing and learn of their experiences.
I love the idea of 8 full days at sea with a little bit of Hawaii thrown in to the middle!
