Introduction

Ok, steady everyone. Let me first introduce myself.
I am "The Beerman", do not drink just deliver for a living, hense the name.
I have been spontaneously and unfairly ousted from one message board because people did not understand me and my little quirks. My handicapp is mild.........now........but was fairly severe at one time so I feel for others in the same boat (play on words there). My girlfriend also has a handicapp and is less fortunate than I, is wheelchair ridden with little hope of recovery. She has had Spinal Muscular Atrophy since birth and it just gets worse. But we are all making due. I do need my 'fix' so if I can't be on a cruise I need to talk about it and nothing is as frustrating as talking about it to your friends (who get as jealous as hell) who end up ignoring you. So please, let me bore you all.
Really, I'm not that bad but after 11 cruises (and hopefully many more to come) I find it hard to go without.

Hey Beerman

I've seen you around and choose not to post to other message boards because of the flaming going on. This one is comfortable and all though I'm not a regular poster, I still feel at home here.

I am also disabled and on O2.

I think you will find these are some great people and hope you will try us out for awhile.

I've been on 6 Celebrity Cruises and the next will be in Dec on a family reunion trip. This disabled thing is new for me but we take it one day at a time and enjoy everything we can.

as Elaine stated this is a disablefriendly board, my mother as Elaine is an O2
user and we love to cruise. Actually the trips are easier than land vacations.
Maybe like on other boards we could draw some intrest to a group cruise for
the disabled people. Anyway keep on cruising and having fun.

I also come here from time to time. I have MS and have taken 8 cruises so far and HAL is the one I love best.

I use crutches but take scooter for cruises so I can ZOOM around.

I go to all boards to get my fix. No cruises this year but 4 in 2002, so I also need a cruise fix.
