Diabetic food

Can anyone please let me know what the food is like on the Millie cruise ship if you are diabetic. We are trying to get my father who is diabetic to go on the cruise with us but he says that we will all be eating exiting foods and he will just have to watch us.

You will find food an easy matter on cruise ships. On recent trips they show certain items on each menu specifically for diabetics and they are as attractively prepared as anything. On a recent Celebrity Infinity trip I think there was an * by some items if I remember right, that indicated for diabetics. Plus, the menus are so varied with from simply prepared items to those w sauces that there would be no problem. My husband is diabetic and has never had a problem. We traveled recently w a type 1 diabetic who ate very carefully and he never had a problem, meals or desserts. Go and have fun.
