Default Ports of Call in the Baltic Sea

Hi

Has anyone taken a cruise in the Baltic Sea? I have to use a wheelchair/scooter to get around & my friend & I are wondering if I will be able to see the sights of some of the ports of call. The 2 cities I'm most interested in are Stockholm, Sweden & St. Petersburg, Russia. If you could give me some info on this, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks - J B
