San juan in a wheelchair

We are taking our first ruise in Feb. One stop is San Juan . I do not want to waste the day lookingf or accessible sites and/orshopping. Can anyone tell exactly what and where the best shopping is found? Also what sites are accessible? And to get to Luquillo Beach what is the best way? (yes Ican transfer with ease).
