is there a site giving specifics of room configuration/size or pictures

The Princess website has pictures of various categories of balconies. Accessible cabins are not available in the Balcony category.

There is no site I know of that shows all ships and all cabins. You can find some information about size and features (but no photos) here:

Also some of the discussions here or over at CruiseCritic.com's disabled cruise forum will be a source if you look for a specific ship using the search function. Sometimes people have posted links to where they have their personal photos elsewhere on the web.
