Dont know about the ship as far as getting around. My husbands manual chair has no problems on the ship. Ports of Call are another thing. What with cobbled streets and slanted streets, he no longer go ashore. He has MS also. Havensight in St. Thomas is partly accessable. I would worry more about the heat and humidity, which knocks my husband for a loop if he is out to long. Holland America is the only line I know of that offers special tours for the handicapped. St Thomas does have a drive tour with a handicapped accessable mini bus, you will have to research this on your own, as not all lines offer it.
