does anyone know if Carnival has excursions for the disabled (in wheelchair) in Freeport or Nassau?

Only if you can climb steps to get into a bus. I don't know of any accessible transportation tours or even private lift-equipped transporation in either port.

My mother is not totally wheelchair bound. She can walk but not very long distances and stairs/steps are a problem. She can probably go up a couple steps with help from us. I am just concerned we would not be able to take her wheelchair with us on a bus. Do you know if they could have a place to store it while we are driving along? I hate for her to miss out on visiting these ports.
