Accessible Destinations

I am looking to cruise again in the next year and I need to find a handicap accessible place to go. My girlfriend and I both use scooters. So I need to go places that can accomodate wheelchairs.

I've been to Cozumel and St Maarten, but at the time it wasn't a concern. I can't remember if these places are accessible.

Any help would be appreciated.

St. Thomas was one of the most accessible ports I've been to. San Juan is OK too, except the cobble stone streets. It's a bumpy ride.
I just think the E. Caribbean is much more friendly ports for scooters & chairs. I'm leaving this weekend for E. Caribbean cruise (11 night) and can tell you more when I get home.
