Ferry Boat in St. Maarten

FYI - The Ferry Boat that goes from the cruise dock to Phillipsburg in St. Maarten is NOT handicapped accessible. I was just there and I could not get on the ferry. There is a long, narrow, steep ramp to the boat and then a large gap to get across to get on to the boat.
