Carnival Conquest November 2007 & Wheelchair Accessibili

Hello, does anyone know anything about how Carnival Conquest is with people in wheelchairs? My father is a parapledgic in a wheelchair (not automatic type) and I was wondering if there are any shore excursions he could enjoy with us without limitations such as sand, places without ramps, and inaccessible in-city travel (taxi, bus) etc. Does anyone have any information that would help me? This cruise goes to Montego Bay, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
