Default Large people on Freeport / Nassau SeaWorld explorer sub

Hello friends!

I'm happy that I found this forum! I'm really hoping for a few suggestions for our first cruise. Among the four of us are a couple large people (250-300 pounds) including a person with limited mobility (walks with a cane and a small stool, and gets tired after a while.)

We can split up but I wondered about affordable excursions, especially any that involve sea life. We were really leaning toward taking the Seaworld Explorer semi-sub in Freeport but I'm a bit concerned about the cramped quarters. Could a 300 pound person fit down there? Is it accessed by stairs or a ladder? Do you have to stay "down below" the entire time or can people walk around up top?

Any other suggestions for our first cruise would be SO appreciated.

Ann
