Need Room Suggestion for Overweight/Low Vision Person

Hello to everyone!

This is my second post on this forum and found it through searching for information in booking my first cruise on the Carnival Pride in October 2012 from Baltimore MD.

Now, here's what I'm trying to decide,

#1 If a cruise is actually something for me

#2 Find the best room for me

My background is, I'm overweight and I'm considered legally blind with very poor depth perception when it comes to unlevel terrain and steps. I can see a decent distance, just not able to read print from a very fair distance.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated or if you have any more questions, please ask.

I don't think there is any reason why you could not cruise, it might be a good idea to think about a travel companion
