Did something happen on board last week?

My wife and I were at WDW last week and we heard the person who drives the shuttle from the resort to the pier make a comment regarding Disney throwing someone off the ship (not sure which one) after they were found in possession of a banned item (not sure what). Anyone hear anything?

Yes, he got caught smuggling booze in a nestea jar.

They tossed him off for stupidity.

Does this mean it is against regulations to bring on one's own alcoholic beverages? I was planning to bring on a half-case of wine (was not too impressed with the Disney wine list).
