Default Help, need advice on the sign and sail card

I'm not sure which ship this is for as I am asking this question for a friend. She is sailing on 2/2/03 from Port Canaveral I believe 3-4 day to Bahamas. She is going with her friend and parents. They told her that as of last year all members in the same room the ship charges all go under one card. She does not want that as she wants her charges to go on her own card adn pay this with cash. This does not sound right to me. We have cruised CCL and RCL in the past and that is not how it's done but none of us ever went on Disney. Please advise. Thanks much!

Well, Im not sure how much help this will really be but....

When I sailed on Disney Wonder, yes, all charges in one room went to one account, but the statement lists who charged what seperately, then total it up on the bottom. So for your friend, that would mean just adding up all the charges she made on her card to know what her share is.... Hope that helps...

Thanks! That does help as she was worried how they would know what is hers and what isn't. I don't know if that's easier to do than what the other lines do but now she knows how to handle this situation.

Hi I have sailed on Carnival. I always have my account seperate from my husbands. When we check in and they ask we tell them I want to have a seperate account to pay cash. I go to the purser's desk and they take care of it. I put cash toward my account and they give me a receipt. I am going to do the same on any cruise we take together.
