question for youth staff

Hi! Is there anyone here who works or worked for Disney as a youth staff person? I am interested in acquiring a position and wondered what the pay/hours/job is like! Anyone out there?

The hours are very long but rewarding, both my Sister and boyf were councilers. The money is great when you concider you dont pay tax or NI or food or accomodation. What you earn is all yours!
