Are 'steamer trunks' in all Deluxe Ocean View staterooms?

They use to be in all the deluxe rooms, but last year we had a deluxe that didnt have one. I dont know if it was out for repair or if it just didnt have one. There was a space for one to sit.
I prefer to use them for clothes over the drawers in the room. It is more convenient for me.
There was still plenty of places to unpack and put clothes without it, but I did miss it.
