Enough to do for young adults and parents

I would love to take a disney cruise, especially after seeing a video of their "Pirates in the Caribbean" pool side party. My only concern is what is there to do for the adults? I have a 19 year old son who I am concerned would be bored. What kind of activities are there for 10 year olds? We aren't into drinking and gambling so no worries there.
