I'm planing to take a disney cruise in Oct of 2008. i want to know if disney has the soft drink card? Has a casino on board? And is Castaway cay worth to vist?

No need for a drink card, they have a free drink station on deck 9 where you can get coke products, milk, tea, coffee, hot cocoa, iced tea, lemonade or punch 24 hours a day.
Pop is free at the drink station and in all restaurants.
But if you get it at a bar or lounge or from a waiter in the theater you will be charged forit, so grab a drink to go and take it with you, everyone does so you wont oay for it at all.

No Casino on Disney, they do have Bingo for cash prizes.

Castaway Cay is AWESOME!!!

It is a beautiful island with plenty to do. You'll love it.

HI,
Disney includes soft drinks as part of the cost. Only alcohol is not included.
There is no casino on board.
Castaway Cay is definitely worth the visist. It's just like a Disney park/hotel site; theme decorated, etc.. We enjoyed this the best, and wanted more time there.
Get off the ship early to enjoy a full day on the island.
Bring filled out post cards off the ship to MAIL at Disney's own POST OFFICE on the island, complete with Castaway Cay postmark!!!-- You'll need cah to buy Bahamian stamps, however.

We just got back from our Christmas 2007 cruise, and we loved it!!!
--We went on the Magic, the Eastern Carribean segment.

The Disney Cruise was amazing. we were on the Wonder in Feb. of 07. Castaway Cay is one of two ports they stop at. It is basically a day at the beach. The BBQ they serve you (included in price) is great. There are several stations. If you don't have kids (we don't), I suggest heading out to the adults only part of the beach. The line for the food is shorter and you don't have all the children going through the buffet line. The scavenger hunt is fun even without kids. Oh yes, there are costumed characters for photo ops in several locations.
There is no drink card. There are fountain drinks, coffee, tea, etc in the back part of the ship. You can help yourself. It is part of the package.
No Casino, but the activities are so much fun, why would you want to sit in a casino.

I don't know about the soft drink card, but Disney does not have any casinos. They do have bingo, and sometimes the jackpot gets pretty high. Castaway Cay is DEFINATELY worth doing. You don't want to miss it. The island is beautiful!

Everything about Disney cruises is top notch. Free non-alcoholic beverages.

Cast Away Cay....DONT MISS IT.

I have pictures on my Webshots site if you want to see our trip on the Disney Wonder. It was in 2005, but Im sure it has gotten even better.
