Default Oceaneer Club in ports

First Disney cruise, and was wondering if the Oceaneer Club is avaiable in ports.

yes it is.
just remember if you leave your kids while off the ship that your beepers wont work off the ship, so they have NO way to reach you for an emerency.

Lots of people do leave the kids with no problem, just wanted you to know they cant reach you.
