Early seating is full, any changes BEFORE boarding?

We've been assigned to late seating and put on a wait list as early seating was full when we booked. I've been told by Disney that as of 75 days before sailing they try to make changes and clear the wait list. Has anybody ever been moved before sailing or do I prepare to camp out at the port the night before sailing to ensure we are 1st on the ship to request the change? Just kidding, we're sailing with my 4 year old and 2 year old so we would prefer eating earlier.

DON't arrive to early to Disney as all are held in the terminal until boarding time! It can be a long wait. They have to do so much to ready the ship from 1 trip to the next. We arrived early........WE LEARNED!!!! Enjoy as it is just the best fun Cruise.

I jut checked our reservations and our group has been moved to main seating. Wow, that's a relief!

See they do everything they can to make your Cruise just perfect.
Have a WONDERFUL TIME AND BE SURE TO BE ON DECK AS THE SHIP DEPARTS AS THE HORN FOR EXITING THE HARBOR.......IS NOT THE USUAL. DISNEY DOES IT TOP SHELF.

Never had a problem getting early seating. Your kids will have a fantastic time in the kids clubs. We had to drag our grandkids out for dinner. They went in at 830am and came out a 1am.

we were changed from second seating to main seating this week. We are sailing in June on the Magic.
