Disney's new ships

The Disney cruise line had just named their new ships as the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy that will enter service in 2011 and 2012

I had been thinking that the ships would either be called "Dream" and "Wish" or "Merriment" and "Difference". Dream and Fantasy do fit in pretty well with their existing naming scheme.

Honestly, I was hoping for something more creative from Disney.
But I can just imagine the excitment when these ships sail for the first time!! DisFans are true blue. I can't wait to see them!

I have been waiting for these new ships since I heard they were being built. I hope to take a first year voyage if not a maiden trip on one of them.

Quite unimaginative indeed seeing that Carnival already has a Dream and a Fantasy in their fleet already.
