Departure Flight?

Hi all,

We just booked our first cruise - Disney Magic 7 Day Carribbean

We arrive back to port (Cape Carnaveral) at 7:30am. What time would be safe to book our return flight home? Thanks in advance!

Anything after 12:30 will be fine if you are flying out of MCO (Orlando). It is about an hour commute from Port Canaveral to MCO.

Anything after 12 noon is considered safe, but for me, I would not book a return flight until 1pm or later.....why stress out making a flight after a wonderful relaxing cruise ? MCO is a close 2nd to my least favorite airport (ATL), to travel thru or depart from ! Big crowds...Long lines in security, etc.....

Thanks for the advice all! I was looking at booking flights after 4pm, which would get us home closer to midnight. Looks like we can now shorten our day considerably. Since we have young kids this is really welcome advice
