Part of the problem is of course the stores are duty free, so they're sealed with the ship is in port, and the back stock is held in free trade zones in the Orlando/Canaveral area, so it really does take someone being on the ship a lot of times ... but again, start with that email address and go from there.
Worst case, like Paul mentioned ... knowing someone going on the ship helps. Friend of mine from the Orlando area reports to her very soon for work, so also an option.
