Need more info on Jacksonville.

Also need info on Galveston. If anyone is interested, I went out of Civitavecchia (Rome) this past September using the train from Rome Termini and found it an easy experience. Also a total cost of about $20 roundtrip for my wife and I versus the $80 per person each way the cruise company charged.

How about something on Los Angeles?

I am sailing 1-27-07, may be driving down from Atlanta Ga. I have heard there is a new parking area at the port and price is 14.00 a day. Sounds rather steep as I have parked at other ports for 10.00 a day. Any info for alternitive parking would be grand.
If I am flying in, which shuttle service would be best for cruisers or would a taxi be the best bet?

I have been doing some research, and found that there is a big price difference in the transfer service. I found that a group of 10 people with 20 pieces of luggage can get transfer service for $169.00 one way or $298.00 round trip. This is in a 15 passenger van. The # is 832-607-8495 and it is called Z-Limousine. Does anyone have any information on the reputation of this company?
