pre and post stay in Honolulu

Hello everyone,

There are so many hotels in Honolulu. I am looking for suggestions for a one night pre-cruise (perhaps somewhat close to the port, cruising on Pride of America) and a 3 night post-cruise. This is for 3 somewhat elderly women who get around fairly well.

Anyone stay anywhere in honolulu and were happy with their selection please let me know.

I loved staying at the Hilton Hiwaiian Village. It isn't close to the airport, about half hour cab ride away.
