Default Barcelona - Barcelona Day Tours
Has anyone used this company in Barcelona?

Can anyone recommend them or not recommend them?

They have a website with some well planned tours, but since I am unfamiliar with Barcelona & Spain, I really don't know how to research them.

For any one interested, Barcelona has a great HoHo (hop on-hop off) tourist bus system. You can do it all yourself if you wish at your own pace.
