This was a horrible experience. They provided "free" shuttle from San Diego airport to Ensenada Mexico. At the airport they put us on a bus, took us about a mile, to a hot, stuffy outdoor tent in a parking lot where they made everyone get off the bus, fill out a form we had already filled out online, stand in endless lines, wait for three-four hours with no food or drink, then put us on another bus for the ride to Ensenada Mexico, with police escorts, then stood in another line to get onto the ship. this was a horrible experience. i will never sail Carnival Cruise Lines again - at the end of the trip they lost my luggage at debarkation - from the 7th floor to the pier! How ridiculous! All of a sudden they have no information, gave me a number for customer service that was closed all weekend, and now, 14 days later, they still can not tell me whether any luggage was found on the ship. Now, unless they threw it overboard, of course it was found on the ship, the question is what did they do with it?
