Has anyone else ever cruised out of the Baltimore Cruiseport? We are flying into Baltimore on Friday evening and spending the night at a hotel, and then going to the port on Saturday for our Bermuda cruise on RCI's Enchantment of the Seas. I'm certainly not a beginner at this, and my question doesn't have to do with the embarkation process. I was looking at the map and I saw that historic Ft. McHenry is virtually next door to the cruiseport. I was thinking of getting to the Cruiseport a little earlier than we usually do, around 11 am, dropping off our bags with the porters and rather than cheking-in, keeping our taxi and going to Ft. McHenry for an hour or hour and a half. The visitor center is free and admission to the Fort is only $7 each. I'd love to see the Fort, and I think we could get back to the cruiseport by 1 pm or earlier for the check-in.
Has anyone else ever done this or anything like it at Baltimore Cruiseport?
