Old San Juan - Flamenco!!

I would like to make dinner reservations to a restaurant the night before embarkation in Old San Juan that has a flamenco show. It is down to two:

Barrachina - The home of the original Pina Colada.
Rosa de Triana - Is right across the street from where I am staying.

Has anyone been to either restaurant, seen either show or ate dinner at either place?

If so, which is better?
