Naples shore excursion

I will be on the Constellation Oct 14. I am trying to find the best shore excursion for the Naples stopover. I want to see Pompeii and as much of the surrounding area as possible without wasting time at cameo factories and cheese shops. Has anyone taken any of these excursions? Please advise. Thanks

When I was in Naples, took the boat over to Capri and had lunch at the top of the mountain. You might also enjoy while in Capri the Blue Grotto. A very beautiful little island!
