Barcelona guide.Rome guide.

we will be in Barcelona for a few days before the cruise and are looking for a private guide who can take us around. Also we will be in Rome for a day and need a guide for our party of eight as well.Any recomendations or references will be much appreciated .(know any good hotels in Barcelona?)
