cell phone rental while on Baltic cruise?

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a cell phone rental service that is good while cruising the Baltic? We are on the Grand Princess in July and need to stay in touch back home in the US. I've heard you can rent one for a few weeks at relative low cost. Anybody have experience with that?
