My husband and I want to rent motor scooters, mopeds or motorcycles to go from Livorno, Italy and Taormina, Sicily ports for the day during our cruise leaving on Brilliance of the Seas on September 23. Does anyone know if they can be rented close to the piers? If anyone has rented them before, do you have any comments?
I have been to Livorno several times but have never noticed any scooter rental shops. To Taormina I took a bus tour from Messina. It is quite a long way there. Taormina is such a beautiful city. Last month I made 12 days Mediterranean Cruise cruise with Star Princess and had a wonderful time.
