You can argue amongst yourselves whether this is Europe or not, but I am looking for a cruise ship that travels in the Black Sea and hits ports of call in Odessa, Constanta and Istanbul among others.

I suggest Viking River Cruises - they do a tour of the Ukraine, It doesn't reach Istanbul, but you will see a lot more of the Ukraie interior.
