Default accademia tickets

Where on the web is the best place to buy tickets to the Accademia Museum in Florence? AND, I plan on taking the train on my own from Livorno to Pisa and Florence. Should I just wait to buy them when I get to the train station? Thanks to all for any help you can provide!

This is the site to purchase tickets in advance. Depending on time of year you plan to visit, it is much easier to purchase in advance.

Best of luck with your trip!

We used Papillion tours to see Florence and Pisa. The driver picked us up at the port of Livorno and wes very punctual and friendly with an excellent command of the English language. She drove us to Florence and had pre-ordered our tickets to the Accademia. The line was around the block and she walked right past the line and into the gallery to get our tickets to see "The David" - we were inside in just a few minutes. After showing us around Florence and a nice little quaint neighborhood restaurant, we ended our tour with a drive to see the Pisa before returning to the ship. There were 6 of us with the driver in a nice van and the cost was less than 200euros per couple. You might want to check them out. Our guide's name was Sabrina.
