We are off to the Norwegian Fjords on Sunday (unless HAL are adivsed to change the itinerary), fortunately we were not due to call in to Oslo, but it will still be a very sad cruise knowing the pain & worry that the nation will be suffering.
But the way we look at it is if we never went back to NYC, or London, or Paris, or Belfast or any of the other beautiful places in this world, then the terrorists win and we lose.

I grew up in Europe in the mid 80s. Germany specifically. All kinds of craziness going on back then. We were at Rhein-Main when the bomb went off by the HQ building in 1985. Lived on base. Felt the ground rumble. Also over there for the bombing at the ticket counter at Frankfurt International in I wanna say 1986. While I will always exercise caution when travelling in places where something could happen, I will never let fear rule my life's experiences. The moment we start doing that, they've won already.
