While most cruise lines increase their fares for holiday sailings, Regal Cruises is offering families an incentive to cruise during the 2001-2002 holidays (including Easter). Children (aged 16 and younger) sail free on Regal Cruises' Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter cruises when accompanied by two paying adults in the same cabin. You must mention code "KDF" when booking and are responsible for the children's port, service and handling fees, ranging from $85 to $140.
Regal Cruises will have a youth program operating during the following free-for-kids holiday sailings:
*Halloween Cruise: On October 29, 2001, the 900-passenger Regal Empress departs Ft. Lauderdale for a five-night cruise to the Bahamas.
*Thanksgiving Cruise: Departs Ft. Lauderdale on Novemer 17 and stops at Key West and a few ports in the Bahamas.
* Christmas Cruise: This seven-day cruise starts on December 23 and calls in Progreso, Cozumel, and Costa Maya, all in Mexico.
* Easter Cruise: This three-day cruise departs Port Manatee on March 29 and calls in Key West.
