We are going on the Victory april 27,2003 and we have kids ranging in ages from 8-16. I am wondering if the 2 teenagers ages 15&16 can both hang out in the teen center? Thanks
Victory is Carnival? We just came off Carnival's Imagination with 2 14yr. olds. Although there was much to do in the teens club, neither one of them participated in anything. They mostly enjoyed exploring the ship, meeting new friends, and eating as much as they possibly could! They did enjoy the evening teen dance club though. Have fun!
Thanks, I am sure they will have fun (yes Carnival) Do you happen to know if they will let a 16 yr old to go into the teen disco?? We are worried because she in a year older than the brochure allows. Thanks
Carnival and Teens:
Carnival does separate the 16 & 17 year olds from the 13-15 year olds. The younger teens participate in activities organized by a youth counselor while the older teens' activity choices are organized by the social director. Thus the older ones will do more group activities around the ship such as going to a show together or to the disco before the adults can enter. It's my guess that there are more activities for the younger teens than the older ones. In either case, by participating they get to know other youth their age and then can always set off on their own.
I would love to hear how both families enjoyed their cruises upon your return!
Smooth sailing,
