Oh! thanks for asking! There are some photos in the gallery under New Year's Cruise 02/03. I have more now, but no scanner at the moment, will add on later.
The New Year's celebrations were fabulous! Hats, horns, noisemakers, free champagne, big buffet, LOTS of people, and the sounding of the ship's horn at midnight was an experience I'll never forget! As for the teens, well to look at the 2 of them you would've thought they were miserable and bored (I guess it's a "teen look"), but they both claim to have had a great time and want to go again! Although there were plenty of teen activities available, they participated in none, except maybe the dance club (apparently they even DANCED!). Mostly they enjoyed exploring the ship on their own, and meeting lots of new friends, not to mention EATING more pizza and cheeseburgers and pancakes than I ever thought possible! They also really enjoyed some snorkelling in Cayman Islands, and their climb of Dunn's River Falls, which is interesting because they are the 2 most un-athletic 14 yr. olds you ever met!
