Help! We are going on a Celebrity Cruise in April with two 18 year old girls. I cannot find information on any cruise line about what happens with "adults" between 18 and 21. They are all too old for teen stuff. What about adult stuff? This seems to be a no man's land. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
Gretchen, as I understand it, the rules of the port govern guidelines. If you are cruising to Caribbean ports of call, then they are allowed to attend adult functions like gambling and to drink beer or wine. If you are visiting US ports of call, then more conservative rules may apply. I am not aware of any 18-21 year old programs.
Dear Luisa,
Thank you very much. I'll appreciate any info you can find. These girls are well-traveled and will behave properly as long as we know what the rules are!
Gretchen
We are also going on a Celebrity cruise in April, the Constellation 4/5/03, and we are bringing our 18 yr. old daughter and her friend with us, they are very worried about not having anything to do as well. They are mostly worried that there will be no guys their age for them to meet!!! From what I understand they are thought of as "adults" as far as drinking and gambling go! So~~~ hopefully that won't be a problem though! Our girls are well traveled and know how to behave as well! Are you going on the same Celebrity cruise?
