cruising w/broken arm

leaving 2/23/03 on the Voyager. two teenagers, grandparents and parents. one teenager with a newly broken wrist (with surgery & 3 pins). does anyone know is the cast protectors that they sell really work? Will he be able to enjoy any water activities at all ( sting ray city, parasailing, swim with dolphins, pool, etc)? Help! Mother wants to cancel.

I read somewhere about a way to waterproof a cast so the wearer can participate in water sports. It could be ordered online. Poster was praising the product.

Unfortunately, I do not remember anything else about the product. I did a google search for "waterproof cast" and found several possibilities. Suggest you do the search and see if any of these items is the answer to your problem.

Don't want anyone to miss a cruise!!

sorry to hear about the broken arm. Glad you found something in reagards to cast protectors. Ask your orthopedic doctor for some suggestions also.
